Learn more about energetic support here

My vision for my practice is to create a safe space for you to experience supportive, individualized therapy as you embark on the journey to your authentic self.

I draw from a diverse, integrative toolkit to support your unique journey. We will weave together the modalities that best serve you in the present moment. My practice incorporates a blend of evidence-based and holistic approaches—including AEDP, the Flash Technique, guided visualization, journaling, bibliotherapy, CBT, and supportive psychotherapy. Together, we will draw on these tools to develop a comprehensive, grounded approach to your wellness.

I believe that wellness services should be accessible.

While I await insurance credentialing, I am currently operating as a private-pay practice.

  • Initial Intake & Comprehensive Assessment:$160 (90 minutes)

  • Individual Therapy Session:$130 (60 minutes)

    • Includes clinical psychotherapy and optional energetic work.

  • Sliding Scale: I maintain a limited number of slots at a reduced rate for those experiencing demonstrated financial hardship. Please mention this during our initial contact if you would like to be considered for one of these slots.

Luminaria’s practice values:

Safe ~ Supportive~ Non-judgmental ~ Empowering
